Where is my proof?

Your proof is sent directly from our engraver, Branding Tools Inc.

Their email address is BTproofdesigns@gmail.com. It takes about 7-10 business days to make the proof; so don’t worry if you don’t see it immediately after ordering.

Once you see the proof, if you approve it, just write back “Approve!”

On the other hand, if you have changes you need made, you can respond directly to BTproofdesigns@gmail.com and they will make any changes you ask.

Once your proof is approved, the engravers will engrave + ship.
