A FEW KEY TIPS:

1.  Having the Correct Shipping Address is crucial

Double-check with them that they're giving you a permanent new address and not a temporary one.  

2.   HOT TIP: If at all possible, it's best to ship to the client's PLACE OF BUSINESS  rather than their house.   

​Why?

a) It can't get stolen! "Porch Pirates" are more and more common these days, and UPS only insures a package up to $100.  Keep that in mind as you're choosing where to deliver.  If you send it to a place of business, UPS will not deliver unless someone is there to receive it. For a residential address, on the other hand, they will leave the package there to wait.   It hasn't been an enormous problem but it has happened to us, and if we can't prove that UPS messed up the delivery, it's lost. 

Alternative: UPs will allow us to require a signature for another $5-10. 

b) All their coworkers see it!  Think of it like sending flowers to your girlfriend or boyfriend at work.  Double the brownie points because everyone's fussing over it---extra touches for you!
